Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased from VividBijoux within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the item securely and include all original documents
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items not in their original condition
